Adopted on 22 January 2025

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW "ON THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA"

Article 1. In Article 39.1 of Law HO-69 of 30 June 1996 "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia" (hereinafter referred to as "the Law"):

(1) in part 1, the words "securitisation funds, corporate investment funds, investment fund managers," shall be replaced with the words "investment fund managers, persons carrying out management of a private fund,";

(2) in part 5, the words "corporate investment funds" shall be replaced with the words "investment fund managers, persons carrying out management of a private fund";

(3) in part 6, the words "at investment fund managers" shall be replaced with the words "at investment fund managers, persons carrying out management of a private fund";

(4) in part 7, the words "corporate investment fund, investment company, investment fund manager" shall be replaced with the words "investment company, investment fund manager, person carrying out management of a private fund".

Article 2. In Article 39.5 of the Law:

(1) in point "o" of part 1, the words "investment fund managers" shall be replaced with the words "investment fund managers, persons carrying out management of a private fund";

(2) in part 6, the words "investment fund managers" shall be replaced with the words "investment fund managers, persons carrying out management of a private fund", and the words "investment fund managers" — with the words "investment fund managers, persons carrying out management of a private fund";

(3) in the third sentence of the third paragraph of part 6, the words "investment fund managers" shall be replaced with the words "in the investment fund managers, persons carrying out management of a private fund".

Article 3. This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official promulgation.
